When you delete a page, OneNote creates a temporary back-up of it in the “OneNote Offline Storage” file. If the page has been purged from the Recycle Bin, it may still be possible to recover. If the deleted page is still in either of those locations, you can recover it. You can search for the page in your notebook’s Recycle Bin or in the Unfiled Notes area of the Notebook Recycle Bin. In some cases, it is possible to retrieve deleted OneNote pages. This feature is available in all versions of OneNote: Windows and Mac, Mobile, and Web.
